OVERVIEW

Here at Dramaqueenz we aim to dispatch orders the same, or next working day where possible. We also allow you to make the choice of how you would like your order delivered. This will affect delivery times and insurance compensation in the unlikely event that your order is lost or delayed in transit and will only be limited to compensation for loss or damage to goods. Please note that we only ship items on working days (not weekends or bank holidays).

For all next day deliveries orders must be received by 1pm Monday to Friday and, as all next day services require a signature, you must ensure your parcel is sent to the correct address for someone to sign for it. You will need to collect the parcel from your local Post Office if no-one is available at delivery time and the package is too large for your letterbox.

All despatches and deliveries are subject to stock availability. If we have a problem with your order such as unavailability of an item we will contact you. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of stock levels on our website, we cannot always guarantee this to be 100% correct.

Please note that with Interlink a small percentage of postcodes are excluded from next day services. We can also deliver to Europe and Overseas; prices/details on request.

  2-5 day despatch; this is not a guaranteed next working-day service, however in practice 96% of deliveries are next working day. Please note unfortunately this service cannot be tracked online nor is it insured and, though not a guaranteed service, Royal Mail state that they "aim to deliver all Royal Mail First Class items within 1 to 3 days anywhere in UK but it can take up to 15 working days".

  1-3 day despatch; 96% of deliveries are next working day, can be tracked online and are insured to the value of the goods*.
• ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY ₤9.95
  Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm covering 99% of UK; service can be tracked online, with electronic POD, and goods are insured up to ₤2,500*.
